Once you are registered with Plincco, you may at any time view or modify any of your registered details by logging into your account and accessing the "My Account" section of the Website.

Are Plincco's products genuine?
Plincco only carries products which we have obtained directly from the brand principal or authorized distributor. All our products are 100% genuine.

Is it possible to get a list of ingredients for a product?

What are Plincco Points? How do I use them?
Plincco Points are similar to credit card points and may be applied as credits towards future Plincco purchases. You earn Plincco Points whenever you make a purchase on the site (USD1 spent = 1 point).

Step 1: Login to your Plincco account.
Step 2: Add items to cart.
Step 3: Go to shopping cart and click Checkout.
Step 3: Fill in your desired amount of Plincco Points and proceed to Checkout.

How do I know if the purchase was successfully transacted?
If a purchase has been successfully transacted, an order confirmation screen will appear displaying your order reference number. You will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your purchase and an order reference number. If for any reason the transaction was unsuccessful, kindly place the order again. In case of any doubt, feel to email our customer service personnel at customer@plincco.com we will be happy to verify your transaction for you.

Is my purchase transaction secure?
Your payment for this purchase is processed securely by PayPal. Here are some of the ways that PayPal keeps your information secure:

  1. PayPal uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools.
  2. PayPal does not share your financial information with the merchant.
  3. PayPal sends you a confirmation email when you make a payment.

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an order tracking number. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm the placement of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot modify or cancel an order after your payment has been made. However, if you have any problems with your purchase, contact us at customer@plincco.com, we will try our best to assist you.


Plincco aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

How much are the delivery charges?
Once you have added your item into the shopping cart, you can then enter the country and postcode of delivery to get an estimate of the delivery charges.

Will there be customs and import charges?
Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Typically, we aim to send out all items on the next working day via Pos Malaysia’s FlexiPack International. However, as an estimate, you can expect your items to be shipped out within 5 working days (Monday-Friday) of your purchase, excluding public weekends & holidays. I have not received my parcel. Who can I contact?

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service at customer@plincco.com

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we’re happy to refund it as long as:

  • It is within 14 calendar days of receipt, and within 3 months from date of purchase.
  • The goods must be in an “as new” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
  • The products must not have been used or installed.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.

All refunds are issued in the form of Plincco Credit Vouchers and will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt to Plincco. You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrived at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchases item(s) to us. Please ensure that your item(s) is packed well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable postal service with parcel tracking services.
